Course: AIDA 2 - February 11, 2023

Location:Online Lectures: Weeknight in Manila, Pool / Dives: Anilao, Batangas
Course Format:2 Lecture, 2 Confined Water and 3 Diving Sessions, 1 Written Exam.
Schedule:We will schedule online lectures during weeknights, then the weekend in Anilao. Start at 8am in Anilao on the first day, and We'll be done by 4pm on the second day. You can choose where to stay in Anilao, diving sessions will be at the ManuMano Blue House in San Jose, Anilao.
Learnings:Physiology, Breathold, Safety in Freediving, Equalization, Equipment.
Disciplines:Pool (Static, Dynamic), Line Dives (Pulling / Finning).
Inclusions:Listed Price is for the Course Fee and Certification Fee, and Equipment Rentals
Exclusions:Resort Fees, Food / Lodging
Course Requirements: 2:00 Static, 40m Dynamic, 12m Constant Weight, and a passed exam.
Other Notes:

• It is highly encouraged to book the course along with someone you know. If you can get two or three people in for the AIDA 2, we will reserve the course just for your group.
• If you have your own equipment, bring them for the course. The special freediving equipment will also be there to try, but you might find the long fins difficultif you are not used to them.
• Try not to be too full for the course. It will be difficult to do the breatholds on a full stomach.If you can also AVOID coffee. It will be a long day, so have a light snack for in between sessions
