Course: AIDA 2 - January 26, 2024

Prerequisites:AIDA 3 Certified (or already Crossed Over), 18 years old, has done a CPR / first aid course in the last two years.
Location:Online Lectures: Weeknight in Manila. Pool / Dives: Anilao, Batangas
Course Format:min 3 Lecture, 2 Confined Water and 4 Diving Sessions, 1 Written Exam, Stretching Session.
Schedule:We will schedule some online lectures during weeknights. Then Anilao for the Pool / Diving Sessions. You can choose where to stay in Anilao, diving sessions will be at the ManuMano Blue House in San Jose, Anilao.
Learnings:Failure Depth, Mouthfill, Packing, FRCs, Decompression Illness, Equipment, Fitness, Nutrition, the Role of an Assistant Instructor
Disciplines:Pool (Static, Dynamic), Line Dives (Constant Weight, Free Immersion, Variable Weight).

Exclusions:Resort Fees, Food / Lodging
Course Requirements: 3:30 Static, 70m Dynamic, 32m Constant Weight, and a passed exam.
Other Notes:

• The AIDA 4 is an advanced course designed to continue beyond recreational freediving. Deep freediving knowledge will be introduced, as well as the safety of progressing beyond residual volume. An AIDA 4 certified student can also act as an assistant instructor to help out AIDA courses.
