Course: AIDA 3 - February 13, 2024

Prerequisites:AIDA 2 Certified (or already Crossed Over), 16-18 years old, less than 16 needs parents consent

Location: Anilao, Batangas
Course Format:3 Lecture, 2 Confined Water and 4 Diving Sessions, 1 Written Exam.
Schedule:It will be held over 3 days in Anilao Batangas, TBA on resort.
Learnings:Training in Freediving, Barotrauma, Technique, Hypoxia / Shallow Water Blackout, Lungs at Depth, Bouyancy and Freefall.
Disciplines:Pool (Static, Dynamic, Training), Line Dives (Warm Ups, Freefall, Finning).
Inclusions:Listed Price is for the Course Fee and certification fees.
Exclusions:Resort Fees, Equipment Rentals Food / Lodging.
Course Requirements: 2:45 Static, 55m Dynamic, 24m Constant Weight, and a passed exam.
