AIDA 3 is a 3 day course available to those who have already completed a beginner freediving course. The AIDA 3 focuses on improving technique and efficiency to achieve greater depth safely. AIDA 4 - Advanced Freediving Course
An Advanced Freediving Course, designed to continue a freediver’s training for greater depth. Prerequisites are having done an Intermediate Course, 18 years of age, and a First AID / CPR Course done. It aims to meet the needs of those freedivers who want to continue freediving beyond a recreational level, and gets into how to assist AIDA Freedivinig Courses.
