Course: AIDA 3 - February 17, 2023

Location: Lecture: Weeknights in Manila, Pool / Dives: Anilao, Batangas
Course Format:3 Lecture, 2 Confined Water and 4 Diving Sessions, 1 Written Exam.
Schedule:We will schdule a lectures during weekdays , then Pool and Diving in Anilao. It will be held over 3 days. You can choose where to stay in Anilao, diving sessions will be at ManuMano Blue House in San Jose, Anilao.
Learnings:Training in Freediving, Barotrauma, Technique, Hypoxia / Shallow Water Blackout, Lungs at Depth, Bouyancy and Freefall.
Disciplines:Pool (Static, Dynamic, Training), Line Dives (Warm Ups, Freefall, Finning).
Inclusions:Listed Price is for the Course Fee and certification fees.
Exclusions:Resort Fees, Equipment Rentals Food / Lodging.
Course Requirements: 2:45 Static, 55m Dynamic, 24m Constant Weight, and a passed exam.
Other Notes:

• If you have your own equipment, bring them for the course. The special freediving equipment will also be there to try, but you might find the long fins difficultif you are not used to them.
• Try not to be too full for the course. It will be difficult to do the breatholds on a full stomach.If you can also AVOID coffee. It will be a long day, so have a light snack for in between sessions
