Course: AIDA 1 - February 18, 2023

Location: Anilao, Batangas
Course Format:1 Lecture, 1 Breathold and 1 Diving Session
Schedule:Start at 9am in Anilao, and end at around 3pm.
Inclusions:Course Fee includes: Certification, Equipment rental, and resort entrances.
Other Notes:

• If you have your own equipment, bring them for the course. The special freediving equipment will also be there to try, but you might find the long fins difficult if you are not used to them.
• Try not to be too full for the course. It will be difficult to do the breatholds on a full stomach.If you can also AVOID coffee.
• It will be a long day, so bring snacks to have in between sessions.
